Lots of Balloons!

Ok so this was Memorial weekend, I went on a date with my FHE brother Rob , and it was supposed to be a double date with our brother Joe, but unfortunately Joe had seven reasons why he couldn’t go. He was turned down by seven different girls…I know that sucks. But don’t take it the wrong way, Joe is a really good guy, but since it was Memorial weekend most people were out of town. I was going to be gone too, but I got asked out so I left the next morning to go to my sisters in Utah. But anyways, so Rob comes over and is like, “ok so Joe had the evening planned out so I don’t really know what we are going to do. But first we are going to go get Joe some balloons that say ‘get well soon’ on them.” He then told me about Joes dilemma. So we went to Wal-mart and got a TON of balloons that said ‘get well soon’ and ‘good luck’ on them. We also bought him a pie and wrote ‘lucky number 7’ on it. Then we bought him a sympathy card, haha, that was supposed to be for some one that had had a death in the family or something like that, but when you read it in the context of Joes situation, it was hilarious. It said things like, “someday you will know why it had to be this way,” and such. So we go back to their apartment with all of this and Joe is sitting in the kitchen. Rob walks in with the pie and card, and Joe is like, “what are you doing here.” That’s when I walked in with all the balloons haha, Joe is just like, “dang it Rob I hate you.” But he laughed and said that it made his night haha. Then we proceeded to suck the helium from all of the balloons. But yeah it was all a ton of fun.

And then, we had also bought water balloons to use on our FHE dad Cody, because we thought he was on a date, unfortunately we was home so we gave up on our plan, but a little while later he got invited to go play tennis, so we proceeded to fill all of the balloons haha. So we filled one container that we had with balloons and filled another with water and went up to the second floor to wait. We found out that Cody wasn’t going to be home for another couple hours, so we killed time watching a movie out on the lawn with some people and other such random excursions. So it was almost one in the morning and Cody was coming home so we went back to the second floor and got our interments of destruction haha. At their apartment they have a roof that just out on the second floor above the entrance to the first floor, so we crawled out there with our buckets and waited. We watched Cody drive up and listened for his voice to know when he was below us. When he was under us, Rob leaned over the edge and dumps the water balloons on Cody, half of them hit him and half fell in front of him; but then I leaned over and dumped the bucket of water right on top of him, he was completely drenched. When he heard Rob laugh he was like, “I’m ganna kill him,” but then he heard me laugh and was like, “dang it,” because he obviously can’t do anything to me lol. So like three of the balloons didn’t pop, so Cody grabbed them and chucked two and Rob and one at me (he claims he was trying to miss, but he wasn’t). But yeah it was so much fun.
